During registration, all players will be required to pay a $35 try out fee. Try out fees are non refundable and do not guarantee players a position on an RBC team. For players selected to an RBC team , a non refundable $200 deposit will be required with in one week of notification in order to secure your 2025 spot. Total player fees information as well as payment plan option details will be communicated with your roster spot offer.

You may also attend another age group's try out time. If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates, please register with your correct division and then send an email to koryseitz11@gmail.com

Player Selection

From these tryouts, RBC staff will select the players to be rostered on each 2025 RBC team, drawing additional input from HSE high school baseball staff. All players will be notified whether or not an RBC team was made within one week of the try out.

13U DIVISION

Players who turn 14 prior to May 1 are not eligible unless they are in 7th grade. Also, any player turning 15 prior to September 1 will not be eligible.

Up to two teams will be created based on talent. Team coaches will be decided by HSE coaching staff.

Players who turn 15 prior to May 1 are not eligible unless they are in 8th grade. Also, any player turning 16 prior to September 1 will not be eligible. To be clear, RBC require players who will be freshman/9th grade to tryout in the 15U Division.

Meet Our Head Coaches for 2025

Owen Callaghan - 13U Royals Blue

Owen is a 2017 graduate of HSE and played for the Royals as a pitcher and first baseman. He also played on the 2016 sectional championship team

After graduation he continued his baseball career at the collegiate level at Indiana University – Kokomo as a pitcher.

Owen just finished his second year as the varsity pitching coach for HSE. In the summer of 2022 Owen coached the 16U Royals Baseball Club team

Jackson Howard- 14U Royals Blue

Owen Callaghan - 13U Royals Blue

Jackson graduated from HSE in 2016 and played outfield for the Royals on its 2016 sectional championship team.

Jackson just completed his second year as a varsity assistant coach at HSE. He works with outfielders and coaches 1st base. This will be Jackson's 4th summer coaching an RBC team. He previously coached the 2025 class through the 13U and 14U season. Last year, Jackson coached this group at 13U through a winning season.
